Refund policy

At Sunshine Bazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sunshinebazaar.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will guide you on the next steps. Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products. After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
